User Agreement
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made from Piccolo’s ABN 76121227914.
Orders & Delivery
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Piccolo.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Piccolo may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Piccolo requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Piccolo, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
Delivery is free within Australia. We use Australia Post Parcel Post satchels and delivery within Australia is generally 2+ business days. Delivery for international orders is via Australia Post at International Standard Service rates (with tracking included). There is a flat rate of A$25 per overseas shipment.
When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address and telephone contact. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware
At checkout our terms of payment are as follows …The transaction will be processed by Paypal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process you will be redirected to Paypal to pay your account from there. If you don’t have an account with Paypal you can still pay with your credit card as a guest of Paypal. At no time will your payment data (credit card details) be transferred to Piccolo by Paypal.
Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by Piccolo as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Piccolo to be authorised to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, Piccolo may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged. Piccolo reserves the right to restrict sales to retail quantities when supplying resellers and distributors.
Refunds & Returns
The Piccolo has a 12 month replacement guarantee against faulty manufacture – proof of date of purchase is required. We will either send you out a replacement or refund you in full. Please contact us on thepiccolo@bigpond.com to discuss Refunds and Returns details.
Products
All our products are sent to you in good condition and packaged correctly, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product on arrival.
Your Account
You agree to take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is used by an unauthorised person. You agree to release and indemnify Piccolo in connection with any use (whether authorised or unauthorised) of your user name or password. Piccolo may suspend or cancel your account at any time without prior notice.
Privacy
Piccolo will comply with Piccolo’s Privacy Statement. Piccolo will not reveal your personal information to external organizations except for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
Liability
Any liability of Piccolo in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, subject to any non-excludable liability for breach of conditions or warranties implied by legislation and to the maximum extent permitted by law, at the election of Piccolo be limited to:
- in relation to goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods; and
- in relation to services, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
Applicable Law
All purchases, and these terms and conditions, are subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
