Shipping

Delivery is free within Australia. We use Australia Post Parcel Post satchels and delivery within Australia is generally 2+ business days.

Delivery for international orders is via Australia Post at International Standard Service rates (with tracking included). There is a flat rate of A$25 per overseas shipment.

Your tracking number and information will be emailed to the address provided on the order.

Dispatch will happen next business day if order is placed before 3:00pm AEDT.

Please note: We cannot guarantee delivery times.  All delivery estimations are provided based on general data available to public. Postage may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Coates Pty Ltd and/or Australia Post’s control.

International:

Please note: When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original shipment delivery estimates.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to love your new flossing purchase! Please email us at thepiccolo@bigpond.com if you have any questions or need any help in getting your new flossing regime underway.

The Piccolo has a 12 month replacement guarantee against faulty manufacture – proof of date of purchase is required. We will either send you out a replacement or refund you in full.
